I created this custom pendant for a four leaf clover that one of my clients found. It's so rare to actually find an in-tact four leaf clover, and since she found this one while chatting about her grandmother with a good friend, she took it as a good sign. After pressing the clover to dry it, she brought it to me to create a custom pendant to set it into. I designed gorgeous, flowing filigree on the back that mimics the shape of the clover. My client's father passed away earlier this year. He wanted a piece of custom jewelry to give to his mother; a keepsake to keep her late husband close to her heart. We decided on a 14kt gold-filled locket with a delicate floral pattern on the front. Inside, two small, personal photographs fit. On the back, I engraved the words "Arise, my beloved, and come". Jewelry is almost always used to signify a major life event: births, birthdays, holidays, marriages, anniversaries, deaths.
