I've been in need of an updated head shot, so Kerasan R. LaMar of Kerasan R. LaMar Photography recently took my portrait. He focuses on wedding photography and portrait photography in Philadelphia, and we've collaborated a number of times. As he chatted and coaxed smiles of me, we meandered from the Macy's Wanamaker Building to City Hall in Philadelphia, using the historic architecture as a simple, classic backdrop. I'm loving this new photo!  

My client's father passed away earlier this year. He wanted a piece of custom jewelry to give to his mother; a keepsake to keep her late husband close to her heart. We decided on a 14kt gold-filled locket with a delicate floral pattern on the front. Inside, two small, personal photographs fit. On the back, I engraved the words "Arise, my beloved, and come". Jewelry is almost always used to signify a major life event: births, birthdays, holidays, marriages, anniversaries, deaths. Recently, I collaborated with Philadelphia wedding photographer Kerasan R. LaMar, of Kerasan R. LaMar Photography. We've done several photo shoots together in Philadelphia, and he has a knack for coaxing authentic smiles out models for all of his portrait photography and head shots. I made this pear halo engagement ring (with a 1.51ct center diamond!) in November for a holiday proposal. The halo is set with a sparkly split prong setting, and the shank has pavé diamonds to match.
