Here's one of the more unusual pieces of jewelry I made this year. I've been working on an edible necklace for the Salon du Chocolate Fashion Show, which is happening in NYC this weekend!After consulting with my partner, Marilyn Bawol of Unique Cakes, I designed my necklace in CAD first, to make sure the scale would work well with the elaborate dress and headpiece she was creating.Then, I milled the parts of my necklace in green wax and made molds from them.
