A Knife-Edge Pavé Wedding Ring

This custom knife-edge pavé wedding ring was for a good friend of mine. She has a classic Tiffany solitaire engagement ring with a knife-edge shank and requested a pavé band to match. A knife-edge ring with pavé means there's actually two rows of diamonds on this ring - one on each side of the shank.  There's a small sizing bar at the bottom of her wedding ring, which I always recommend. Most people experience weight fluctuations or joint swelling at some point in their lifetime, so it's always a good idea to have a little room to adjust.

I created this custom wedding band to match Katelyn's custom marquise engagement ring. Both rings have an organic, vine-like woven shank with little knob and knot details to suggest a tree branch. My very favorite necklace: a piece that celebrates my son, Michael. One of his sweetest and oft repeated phrases as a toddler was “See the moon?”. I designed a crescent moon pendant with three 8-pointed stars, one to represent each member of our family. This piece is reversible, too! The back of this pendant features a lock of Michael’s baby curls. After his first haircut, I had tucked a few locks of hair away in an envelope and wanted to place them somewhere I’d see them more often.
