I Made Myself a Push Present!

I Made Myself a Push Present!

I made myself a push present! This is an 18kt yellow gold ring with emerald, diamond and tanzanite (birthstones for my husband, myself, and our baby, Michael) set in bezels. I like to think of these as 'dancing' bezels. What would you call this style? Giving birth seemed like the perfect occasion to treat myself to a new piece of jewelry. Taking Inspiration from Nature

My client and her fiancé both love the outdoors. They got engaged (with a unique, custom #christineoriginal engagement ring) while hiking at Big Bend National Park, and they plan on being married among the Redwoods (SO. ROMANTIC!). Jewelry is almost always used to signify a major life event: births, birthdays, holidays, marriages, anniversaries, deaths. Jewelry speaks volumes, even when you don't have the words to voice your emotions. And it keeps our loved...

Remaking a Grandmother's Ring in Rose Gold

My client's grandmother passed down a family ring to her, but it was worn thin and had colored gemstones in it. We decided to redesign the ring, based on the original design. We used diamonds from a pair of old earrings she didn't wear anymore. Using heirloom diamonds in a new piece of jewelry is a great way to give them a new lease on life! Above, you can see the new ring and the old ring side by side. Do you have old jewelry that you don't wear anymore? Dust it off and turn it into something new! Send...
